Transition Requirements Document
Developed jointly by the Western Regional Resource Center, Arizona State University, and the Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center, this document's purpose is to provide guidance to state, district, school personnel, and family organizations as they ensure that the transition requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) are implemented appropriately for youth with disabilities.
Transition Research Institute
